I’m Daniel, a business owner and Prague tour guide since 2018. Before we head out, I want you to know which tour suits your group and what to prepare. Here are answers to common questions about children, vehicles, rentals and the weather.

Do I need experience, and how do we prepare?

You don’t need previous experience with the tour’s electric vehicle. Before setting off, you receive riding instructions. Helmets are mandatory, and tours run in small groups of up to eight participants.

When travelling with children, we arrange a suitable vehicle and route in advance. Please contact me before booking if you have questions about suitability.

What is the minimum age?

Family tour — ages 4 and up.

Golden Loop — ages 6 and up.

Old Town and Jewish Quarter — check the age requirements on the tour page and contact me in advance when bringing children.

Prague Castle tour — ages 12 and up.

Children under 12 ride with a parent on a suitable vehicle, arranged in advance. Independent riding starts at age 12, subject to vehicle suitability and the tour’s requirements. Please tell me your children’s ages when you get in touch.

What types of vehicles are available?

Guided riding tours use four-wheel electric vehicles. A two-person electric tricycle can also be arranged in advance, subject to availability and suitability for the route.

Electric bikes are available for independent rental, with an optional child seat reserved in advance. This is separate from the family tour, which starts at age 4.

What is the weight limit?

The four-wheel electric vehicle has a total weight limit of 115 kg. When two people share a vehicle, this includes both riders.

The two-person electric tricycle has a combined weight limit of 145 kg for both riders. If you’re unsure which vehicle is suitable, contact me before booking.

Can I book a two-person vehicle?

Yes. On request and by advance arrangement, I rent a two-person electric tricycle from an external company. It accommodates two riders with a combined weight of up to 145 kg.

The vehicle rental costs €40 for two hours, with a two-hour minimum. This is an additional vehicle charge on top of the tour price. Contact me for pricing if you need it for longer.

Can I rent an electric bike without a guide?

Yes. Electric bike rentals are available from age 12. The price is €30 for the first hour and €10 for each additional hour: two hours cost €40, and three hours cost €50.

Please contact me to check availability and rental conditions before renting, particularly for riders under 18.

Can I reserve a child seat?

A child seat can be reserved in advance for children aged 2 and up, for an additional €10. Please provide your child’s age and weight so we can check suitability before booking.

What happens if it rains?

I’ll keep you updated about the tour according to the weather. Tours go ahead in light rain, and raincoats are provided.

In heavy rain, we’ll try to move the tour to a drier, more convenient time. If the weather prevents us from going out and we cannot arrange an alternative, you’ll receive a full refund.

Please wear clothing suitable for the weather. Warm layers and gloves are recommended during colder periods.

Can I arrange a private tour?

Yes. Private tours can be arranged for groups of four or more. For groups larger than eight, contact me directly so we can arrange the tour and the vehicles needed.

Where do we meet?

The meeting point for riding tours is:

Mostecká 53/4, Malá Strana, 118 00 Praha 1

The entrance is directly accessible from the street. Your meeting time appears in your booking confirmation.

Not sure which option suits your group?

If you cancel 24 hours before the tour, 60% of the deposit paid will be refunded.
