Welcome to the website operated by Daniel, company registration number 10985107, at PRAHA 14 (the “Website”, “Website Management” or “Company”).
Using this Website constitutes acceptance of these terms and their conditions and limitations. The terms may change from time to time, and users must review them whenever they visit. Browsing or using the Website constitutes agreement to these terms and a commitment to comply with them. These terms are a legally binding agreement governing all use of the Website.
References to one gender are for convenience and apply equally to all genders.
Using the Website
Services offered through the Website are subject to these terms.
Booking a service constitutes a declaration that the customer has read, understood and accepted these terms. They constitute a binding contract between the user and Website Management.
The Website offers guided tours in Prague.
Services can be booked by contacting Website Management, subject to availability and geographical location.
Payment by bank transfer or credit card is subject to approval by Website Management.
Service prices exclude VAT, subject to the tax rules applicable to a limited company.
Website Management reserves the right to discontinue its services at any time.
The Website may be used by people aged 18 and over. Booking is available to holders of an active bank account and/or valid Israeli credit card who provide an email address when purchasing. A minor carrying out a transaction is considered to have received permission from a parent or guardian.
Cancellations and Changes to Services
The transaction cancellation and product return policy is subject to the Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation), 2010, and the Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
A booked service may be cancelled provided the customer notifies Website Management of the cancellation or date change at least approximately 30 days before the end of the engagement.
An order may be cancelled within 24 hours of booking, provided it has not been dispatched.
When services are cancelled, the customer will not be charged for the service.
Services already provided are not refundable.
The Website may cancel fulfilment of an order with at least two hours’ notice. In that case the user shall have no claim against the Website.
If the Company cancels or discontinues an order, it will notify the user and refrain from charging the credit card or refund any amount already paid for the products.

Service availability is subject to the date agreed with Website Management.

Liability and Services
Services are provided in accordance with the packages offered by Website Management at the start of the service.
Service duration follows the time agreed in advance.
Website Management is not responsible for physical, financial or other damage occurring during a service or resulting from the use of products.
Website Management disclaims responsibility for content written on the Website, its use and the consequences of that use.
Information Security and Privacy
Website Management, affiliated companies and subcontractors working to the same standards may use information supplied in a form to provide the requested information and services. Personal information will not be disclosed, used for additional marketing purposes without permission, or passed to a third party without the customer’s express consent.
Service content and personal information disclosed during a service will not be shared with another person or organisation without the customer’s written consent. Website Management is committed to protecting privacy.
The Company undertakes to use information supplied by buyers only to enable purchases through the Website and in accordance with applicable law.
Clicking “Send” constitutes confirmation of the form and its terms.
The Website uses security measures intended to support proper use, safe browsing and user privacy. Users must not disrupt the Website, steal information about users or breach its security mechanisms.
In the event of misuse, Website Management may use any lawful means available, including blocking access and taking legal action.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The interpretation and enforcement of these terms and any action or dispute arising from them are governed exclusively by Israeli law. The competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.
