I don't usually write reviews or take guided tours, but this guide definitely gave me an appetite for more.

I warmly recommend Daniel, a tour guide in Prague—an Israeli who moved there and knows the city like the back of his hand.

His approach and humour will probably help you connect with the city as much as Beethoven loved playing the piano (a little spoiler 😉).

Another tour we took, which I have to say was the highlight of our holiday, was a tour of the Old Town and city centre with Daniel Kachlon.

Daniel is pleasant, knowledgeable and engaging. We also started this tour at Palladium, visiting Old Town Square, Týn Church, the Powder Tower, the John Lennon Wall, the Astronomical Clock, Charles Bridge, the Jewish Quarter and other places I can no longer remember.

At every stop, Daniel explained things in an interesting way and could answer most of our questions. The tour was scheduled for three hours and ran about twenty minutes longer—we hardly noticed. The cost was €30 per person.

There is nothing from our whole trip I can recommend more strongly than Daniel. An absolute must.

Daniel admits he is not very good at promoting himself, so I hadn't seen people writing about him here and found him by sheer luck. I was looking for a guide for a Saturday tour whom I could pay in advance, and he was practically the only one.

The next day I saw Daniel with a group at Prague Castle and really envied them: they had Daniel to explain things, while we were exploring on our own.

We arrived in Prague today and took the Easy Rider tour to get to know the Old Town. As someone who is not especially keen on guided tours and has taken many, this was probably the best choice I made on this trip—and in Europe in general.

Daniel is an excellent, highly professional guide, with impressive knowledge of Prague's history and culture, helpful recommendations and endless patience. He knows how to answer every question, far beyond what we expected. Of course, the ride and the amazing scenery along the way are another huge bonus.
